Terms of Service

Effective October 25, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Full Schedule Co. website, forms and booking calendar. By using the site, you agree to them. If you become a client, your signed client agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

What we do

Full Schedule Co. is an appointment-setting and lead-generation service for trade companies in the United States and Canada. We find business prospects, email them on our clients' behalf, handle replies, and book appointments on our clients' calendars.

No guarantee of jobs or revenue

We book appointments. We do not promise that any appointment will lead to a job, a contract, or any amount of revenue. Winning the work depends on the client's quote and service. Any timelines we describe (such as domain warm-up and first appointments) are estimates, not promises.

Pricing and billing

  • Prices shown on this site are in U.S. dollars and may change. The price in your client agreement applies to you.
  • Founding pilot: for our first 3 founding clients, the first 5 qualified appointments within 45 days are free. No card is required, and if we book fewer than 5, nothing is owed.
  • Pay per appointment is billed weekly for qualified appointments only, and you can set a monthly cap or stop at any time.
  • The monthly plan is month to month with 14 days' notice to cancel. If we book zero qualified appointments in a paid month, that month is refunded.

Qualified appointments

We bill only for appointments that meet the written definition on our home page and in your client agreement. Appointments can be flagged within 72 hours of the appointment time if they don't qualify (for example, a no-show we can't reschedule within 10 days, a wrong area or wrong service, or an existing customer). We review flags in good faith. If the client cancels or doesn't show up, the appointment still counts.

Client responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about your services, service area, minimum job size, and availability.
  • Review and approve the outreach wording before it goes out.
  • Keep the appointments we book, or reschedule them directly with the prospect.
  • Hold any licenses, permits and insurance your work requires. We do not give legal, tax, licensing or permit advice.

Our outreach rules

We email businesses only, using business contact information from public sources. Every email identifies us, names the client when we write on their behalf, includes our mailing address, and has a simple opt-out, and we follow CAN-SPAM and CASL. We do not send cold texts or make cold, automated, or prerecorded calls.

Using this site

Please don't misuse the site, submit false information, or try to interfere with how it works. Site content belongs to Full Schedule Co. and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Full Schedule Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, from use of the site. For clients, our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 3 months before the claim, unless your client agreement says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
