Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
This policy explains what information Full Schedule Co. ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Full Schedule Co. is an appointment-setting and lead-generation service for trade companies in the United States and Canada. It applies to this website, our forms and calendar, and the business emails we send.
Information we collect
- What you give us on our forms or calendar: your name, email, phone number, company name, trade, service area, preferred call time, and anything you type in a message.
- Business contact information for outreach: for our clients' campaigns, we collect business contact details (such as a name, job title, company, and business email) from public business sources such as company websites and business directories. We do not buy consumer lists and we do not cold-contact homeowners.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our site and booking tools may record your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the link or ad that brought you here (for example, UTM tags), using cookies or similar tools.
- Communications: emails, replies, and booking records, including opt-out requests.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule and confirm calls, and send reminders.
- To deliver our service: building prospect lists, sending business emails on behalf of our clients, handling replies, and booking appointments.
- To keep records we need, such as where a business email was published, consent records, and our suppression (do-not-email) list.
- To understand how our website performs and improve it.
Email outreach and your choices
Our business emails say who we are, include our mailing address, and have a simple opt-out. We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). To stop our emails, reply STOP (or "no thanks") to any email, or write to [email protected]. We honor opt-outs right away and always within 10 business days, and we keep your address on a suppression list so you are not emailed again by us for any client.
Calls and text messages
We do not send cold texts or make cold or automated calls. We only call or text people who asked us to or who agreed on one of our forms. Every text includes a way to opt out: reply STOP. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- With the client a prospect asked to meet, limited to the details needed for the appointment (name, company, address, contact info, and the need).
- With service providers that help us run our business (for example, email, calendar, website hosting, and CRM tools), who may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above. We keep consent and opt-out records longer (generally at least 3 years) so we can prove compliance and keep honoring opt-outs.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, under Canada's PIPEDA or certain U.S. state laws), you may have additional rights, and we will respond as those laws require. We may need to verify your request.
Children
Our service is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States. If you are in Canada, your information may be stored and processed in the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
